Delicious Veggie Pizza

Are you looking for a healthy and delicious appetizer to bring to your next get together? This is it! This veggie pizza is absolutely delicious and easy to make. Try it out and your dish may just be the hit of the party!

I don’t remember the first time I had this pizza, but I can imagine how it tastes right now. The creaminess laying over a flaky crust. The sweetness of the crescent rolls mixing with the salty dressing and flavorful veggies. Sweet and savory mixed with soft and crunchy. How the different flavors and textures roll over your tongue is an experience that you don’t want to miss. You will eat way too much of it, but guess what? It’s healthy!! Woot!

This appetizer is super easy to make. Most of the ingredients you will probably already have on hand. Win! All you have to do is press, bake, mix, spread, and sprinkle. C’mon now, it cannot be any easier than that. This appetizer can even be eaten as a meal, as you might find that you eat so much accidentally that you don’t want anything else.

This is PERFECT for the holiday season! People tend to want to eat the healthier options, but this time of year is filled with chocolates, pies, creams, and sweats galore. Try keeping off the pounds with those treats. This appetizer is just as delicious, and once people try it you won’t be able to leave your party without people asking for your recipe. Woohoo! A recipe that makes you look good and the talk of the party? You can’t get better than that. Oh wait, and it’s delicious, too. Triple win.

So let’s make it. Get out your crescent rolls, and while keeping the seams together, roll out onto the cookie sheet. Roll out of container on one half of the sheet, and roll the other out on the opposite side. Gently press the seams together to fill the tiny gaps where they are pre-cut. Gently pinch and press the seam from crescent roll container 1 and container 2. Now, bake the crescent roll crust according to the crescent roll containers.

While our crust is baking, mix together your soft cream cheese, the mayonnaise, and the dry dressing mix. When your crust is cooked, make sure to cool the crust before putting the cream cheese mixture on. If the crust is too hot, the mixture will melt and you may lose some of the flavor.

When the crust is cooled, gently spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Be careful not to smash the crust or pick up any flaky layers to go with the cream cheese. Finally, sprinkle a generous amount of veggies and crudites over the entire crust. End with a layer of shredded cheddar cheese for extra flavoring.

Let me know how your recipe turned out and if you received any compliments from your party guests!
